Our Summer Adult English As a Second Language (ESL) program can help learners improve a variety of English skills, prepare for the Citizenship Test or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).

July 4 – July 29, 2022

Monday to Friday

9:00 am – 12:00 pm &

12:30 pm – 3:30 pm

In-Person & Online options available

Assessment

Assessment is for new students who did not attend classes with our school board in the 2020-2021 school year. All new learners must have a language assessment completed at the Ottawa Y-Language Assessment and Referral Centre (Y-LARC).

Registration

All New Learners, after the assessment, will be able to register online for the school location of their choice.

Returning Students should contact their school.

***No Materials Fees are being charged this Summer.

Fee paying students

  • $400 per month for 15 hours a week or
  • $800 per month for 30 hours a week

Cancellation Fee

In case of cancellation students are charged either 15% of tuition paid or $50, whichever amount is less. Our summer Adult English as a Second Language classes are available for new Canadians, Landed Immigrants, Refugees, Refugee Claimants, Visa Holders, Diplomats and Visitors.
