Ditch the Workout - Try Zumba!
If you are tired with the old workout, enjoy a taste of this exciting fitness trend! The class is FUN and fast-paced, using dance steps from salsa, merengue, belly dancing, reggaeton and other international music combined with fitness moves for a complete workout. All you need are your running shoes, and some water and be prepared to have tons of fun and get a total body workout at the same time. Zumba Toning 
When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar - or rather, the toning stick. It combines targeted body-sculpting, exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, arbs, glutes and thighs. Zumba Toning ® is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast! Students need to bring 2 toning sticks (or weights) no heavier than 2 pounds each. Drums Alive
You + Stability Ball + Drumsticks + Music = An Amazing Workout! The joyful way to exercise through the dynamic movements and powerful beat and rhythms of drumming for an amazing brain and body workout! Drumming rhythms on your stability ball with drumsticks not only works your body, but helps to relieve stress and boost mental awareness! A fun way to burn calories and tone your body. Tai Chi - Beginner

Tighten & Tone
Looking to tone that body and have your clothes fit better? Tighten & Tone is a strength and toning class aimed at giving you a butt-lifting, ab-flattening, thigh-shapening workout! This class focuses on the tush, abs, thighs, hamstrings and core - a little bit of everything for good measure - and all set to great music! But don't worry - with different options given for different levels of students, there is something in this class for every age group and strength level.
