Adult Learning & Skills Development program is free for Ontario residents over 19 years of age. For those whose first language is not English, a CLB 5 is required for entry.   


Our program will help you to:

    • Develop your reading, writing and math
    • Improve or learn basic computer skills
    • Upgrade your skills for employment
    • Improve your interpersonal communication skills
    • Increase your confidence in your daily tasks, financial literacy and community involvement.
